Glen Rose Neo-Relix Film Festival

Online, June 8, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Glen Rose, Texas - This summer, Texas will have a new event to be proud of - The Glen Rose Neo-Relix Film Festival which runs August 26-29 on the historic Somervell County Square. "This festival will be unlike any film festival anywhere", said Creative Director Benjamin Wilbanks. "I have never known of a fim festival being presented in a town without a movie theater - or even a community theatr like venue".

"This film festival offers visitors the unique opportunity of seeing a movie they might get to see anywhere else in a venue that you would never expect to see a movie in," Wilbanks added. The festival plans on screening films in restored buildings around the downtown square - giving filmmakers a chance to showcase their films in a most unique way.

In addition to the flms, the GRNRFF will be offering a variety of filmmaking workshops and panel discussions for filmmakers and fans, including a demonstration of the post-production work-flow of the famed Red-One camera.

The Glen Rose Neo-Relix Film Festival is currently accepting submissions to the festival via their website, www.grnrff.org, and they have already received films from all over the USA as well as Canada, Australia, Spain and the Netherlands.
