This summit was convened on August 10th, 2009 by Greencollar Association fundraising partner Center for American Progress and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid in Las Vegas, Nevada. This was an intimate gathering of leaders from industry, science, government, and advocacy organizations convening to discuss setting policy architecture for creating greencollar jobs by accelerating the deployment of clean energy and energy efficiency, and by advancing energy independence.
