Online, October 19, 2011 (Newswire.com) - Pledge 5 Foundation and LifeSouth will join forces to transform Gainesville residents into the living dead this month. Those brave enough to cross over to the other side will donate their blood to LifeSouth mobiles at The Hub (UF campus) between October 24th - 26th from 10am - 4pm and at University Commons (2601 SW Archer Road) October 27th between 4pm - 7pm. The newly bitten vampires are cordially invited to Pledge 5 Foundation's Second Annual Vampires' Ball at Sharab Lounge on Friday, October 28th. Besides the gift of immortality, the Halloween Party will feature exclusive prizes during the event for participants.

Vampire Rewards come with donating blood, recruiting friends to donate, and/or joining the cause on Facebook. Vampires will be treated with a free drink after recruiting 5 loved ones. Recruit ten vampires and gain free admission and after 15 he/she will enjoy the night in VIP splendor. Vampire clans also have the chance to reap the rewards. The top three groups or organizations to recruit donors can earn half off admission for third place, free admission for second place, and free admission plus $250 for first place.
