Have An Awesome Life Debuts With Launch Party In NYC

November 11, 2010. Held at Jimmy's No. 43 on 7th Street, starting at 7:00 pm, the launch party will introduce the new life coaching services offered by Heather Cottrell at Have an Awesome Life.

Attendees can meet new people, sample Jimmy's gourmet appetizers, listen to music and participate in two unique demonstrations. Cottrell will show you How To Feel Awesome In 10 Minutes Or Less with a fun and dynamic mini-presentation, and special guest Dana Fisch of Undertoe Dance Project will introduce attendees to Tappy Hour®. Recently featured in the New York Post, Tappy Hour® is a recreational tap class for adults, held in NYC bars.

Cottrell is currently offering a limited number of private Awesome Life coaching programs. The Awesome Life Signature System guides participants to experience a positive outlook, less conflict and greater joy every day as well as the ability to visualize and then create the life they desire. In particular, she works with "creative 30- and 40-somethings" who are ready and motivated to make changes in their professional and personal life.

Heather Cottrell is the owner of Have an Awesome Life, a division of Heather Holistic Consulting (founded 2005), located in Brooklyn, NY. She is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she completed two years of intensive training.
