Hayes Software Systems Announces Upgraded Integration With Aeries SIS Partner to Streamline Asset Assignment Process
AUSTIN, Texas, March 7, 2018 (Newswire.com) - Hayes Software Systems, the industry leader in asset management software and services for the K-12 education market, will release an upgraded integration between Hayes’ asset management system TIPWeb-IT and Aeries Student Information System (SIS). The partnership will allow school districts utilizing TIPWeb-IT to integrate with Aeries SIS, allowing individuals to quickly view details about an asset’s assignment.
A number of Hayes’ TIPWeb-IT customers, such as Patterson Unified School District in California, already benefit from an integration with Aeries SIS that helps streamline the complex processes of assigning assets to students and teachers. This upgraded integration will add further continuity between both systems by enabling those individuals to see details from TIPWeb-IT directly within Aeries SIS, such as the device assigned to an individual, when the device was issued, and any outstanding charges for deposits or fees.
“Delivering interoperability tools for our student information system allows schools to choose the best product to meet the needs of their students and staff,” said Brent Lloyd, Aeries Software Vice President. “Our integration partnership with Hayes Software Systems has already provided seamless data exchange for our Aeries district staff and we look to forward to extending those benefits to parents and students.”
Presenting this information to parents within Aeries SIS ensures they have quick access to details about the inventory or charges assigned to their child without having to request that information from the district, resulting in significant time savings for parents and staff.
“Our partnership with Aeries continues to be valuable with both companies understanding how important this level of seamless data sharing is for every school district,” said Bill Norton, Hayes’ Director of Partnerships and Strategic Development. “As we continue to grow our partnership with the leading SIS platform in California, we look forward to improving our offerings for the benefit of our customers, ensuring we provide them with tools that save time and effort, so they can remain focused on student success.”
