Health Business Intelligence Corp Appoints Chief Medical Information Officer

Online, November 29, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Phoenix, AZ - Health Business Intelligence Corp (Health BI), a Healthcare Software Technology solution provider, specializing in single healthcare collaboration platform, today announced that it has named, Ali Ghazanfari, MD, as the company's Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO). In his new role, Dr. Ghazanfari will be responsible for directing the development of Health BI's clinical and analytical content.

Dr. Ali Ghazanfari is a board certified general surgeon. He is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons and American Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons. He is a staff surgeon and a member of the department of surgery at several hospitals in the phoenix area and performs a variety of advanced laparoscopic, endocrine and general surgery cases.

As Health BI's CMIO, Dr. Ghazanfari will chair clinical advisory groups to provide broad-based input into the design of the clinical information systems. He'll work in concert with Health BI's Information Technology Services to develop and implement systems supporting patient care. Dr. Ghazanfari serves as member of ITS Steering Committee, Security Council, and Central Protocol Data Management (CPDM) Board.
