Inspired by her late father to pursue a career in commercial real estate, Andrea Arons Huseman started her career in 1986. “My father developed several properties in the Northeast,” she said. “Unfortunately, he died unexpectedly in 1985, prior to starting my career, but at the time of his death, he knew I had made this decision and that I was studying to get my license.”

For almost three decades, Ms. Huseman has enjoyed a highly successful career as a Leasing and Brokerage Specialist at Corporate Realty, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company headquartered in New Orleans. She is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and she is licensed in the State of Louisiana.

During her career, Ms. Huseman has been involved with the sale and leasing of several properties and has closed more than $180,000,000 commercial transactions in the Greater New Orleans area. “I am responsible for leasing at One Canal Place, a class ‘A’ high-rise office building located at 365 Canal Place, New Orleans, LA,” Ms. Huseman said. “I also handle the leasing of the Belle Meade Shopping center located in Gretna, LA, as well as the leasing and sales of other properties located in the Greater New Orleans area and represent other clients who are looking to lease, buy or sell various type of properties.”

Working closely with her clients, Ms. Huseman uses her skills in target marketing, sales, communication and negotiations to help them determine their short and long-term real estate needs and goals. She enjoys the challenge of working with a variety of clients. “It’s rewarding getting to learn about so many different types of businesses that have varying needs and trying to help them with their commercial real estate requirements,” she said. “The best rewards are my clients’ appreciation and their loyalty. To best serve her clients, Ms. Huseman remains active in numerous industry organizations, including the local and national chapters of CCIM, the Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), the Louisiana Council of Urban Land Institute (ULI), ICSC and the Commercial Investment Division of NOMAR.
