Indiana Public Charter Schools Association Hosts
School Chooser Guide FREE Parent Training Session

INDIANAPOLIS, IND. - The Indiana Public Charter Schools Association is hosting an in-depth training for parents interested in making the most out of the Indianapolis School Chooser Guide. The one-hour event will be held on Tuesday evening, July 10, 5:30 p.m., at the IPCSA office, 407 Fulton St., Suite 301.

The Indianapolis School Chooser Guide includes programming information, key deadlines, transportation, fees and academic data gathered from all 11 public school districts, public charter schools, non-public schools and the Indiana Department of Education to help parents select the right fit for their children. Additional sessions will be held in August, September and October for those unable to attend the July 10 session.

Created in partnership with GreatSchools, Stand for Children, Indiana Public Charter Schools Association, Indiana Non-Public Education Association, School Choice Indiana and The Indiana Partnerships Center, the 140-page guide contains information about all schools in Marion County.

Across Indiana, there are an estimated 27,000 students attending 65 public charter schools. The number of students attending public charter schools in Indiana have more than doubled in the past four years.
