ISSSP Announces December Webinar: Change Management and Leadership

How should leaders approach change management within their organizations? This topic will be discussed in an upcoming webinar presented by the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) Wednesday, December 11 at 2 p.m. CT.

In the webinar “Should Change Management be a Part of Your Leadership Exploration and Development Plan?” participants will learn ways to create understanding, support and enthusiasm for proposed changes for any type of initiative and project and how to incorporate it within a development plan. 

This webinar will be presented by Stephane Deblock, Director of Process Process Management at Kaiser Permanente, and Lee-Anne Ostby, Manager at Kaiser Permanente.
