Jeffrey Hamburg, President of International Energy Group, Announces New Subsidiary to Service Emerging Energy Companies
Online, May 30, 2010 (Newswire.com) - May 28, 2010- Jeffrey Hamburg, President of International Energy Group, announced today the formation of a new subsidiary called International Energy Consultants. This new group will provide consulting services to energy companies in the independent power, alternate energy, and electric utilities business. The services that are the primary focus of this International Energy Consultants are the issues relates to progression of startup, and developing companies, to successful commercial company operation.
At the announcement, Mr. Hamburg further explained the mission of International Energy Consultants. "In a normal economic environment, it is a difficult process for any emerging company to successfully achieve commercial success. Between ongoing working capital needs, defining a corporate culture, becoming competitive, and building a successful business model, the task is daunting.
