Devine will run as an unenrolled, independent candidate against the incumbent Senator Elizabeth Warren (D) in the next upcoming election cycle.
About the Candidate: John P. Devine is a native to Woburn, MA. Graduated with a B.A. from Harvard University in 1994, Mr. Devine spent over a decade working as a paralegal and legal consultant, mostly in San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Devine ran as a democrat in Massachusetts race for state house in the last election cycle against incumbent State Representative Jim Dwyer (D) and lost. Prior that, Mr. Devine had run for the U.S. House against Congressman John Tierny (D) in the democratic primary to represent MA. 6th Congressional District two election cycles ago, losing to eventual winner, Congressman Seth Moulton.
