With nearly 40 years dedicated to law, Mr. Bingham​​​​​​​​​​​​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his area of specialization, personal injury law.

Early in his career, Mr. Bingham served as an assistant district attorney in Sullivan County. There he honed his skills in court and developed a reputation as an effective litigator. In 1984, he left the DA’s office to enter private practice. After several years of working in a broad based practice, he decided to narrow his focus to personal injury cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bingham has represented clients throughout all stages of personal injury cases in both state and federal courts in cases ranging from medical malpractice and pharmaceutical cases, to truck and auto accidents.

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Bingham keeps a close eye on trending issues that affect plaintiffs in personal injury cases. In particular, he is paying close attention to so-called "tort reform" laws. He noted:

After nearly four full decades dedicated to law, Mr. Bingham recognizes the importance of mentoring young lawyers. Bingham believes the older more experience lawyers have a responsibility to share their knowledge and experience with younger lawyers.
