This marks Mr. Rotolo's 17th consecutive year on the Super Lawyers list and Mr. Rifici's sixth consecutive year on the list of Rising Stars.

Victor A. Rotolo

Mr. Rotolo has more than 40 years of litigation experience, primarily in the areas of family law, personal injury and criminal defense. He is admitted to practice in all New Jersey Courts, as well as in the U.S. District Court, the U.S. Tax Court and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Rotolo has an "AV Preeminent" rating from Martindale-Hubbell, awarded according to criteria set forth under that company's Peer Review Ratings Methodology. He is also a member of the Million Dollar and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forums, which comprise attorneys who have won verdicts or attained settlements equal to or exceeding $1 million.

Mr. Rotolo is also a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer as affirmed by the New Jersey Supreme Court in accordance with conditions set forth under Rule 1:30: Specialty Certification of Attorneys. Mr. Rotolo previously served as Chair and Vice Chair of that court's District XII Ethics Committee.

Charles A. Rifici

Mr. Rifici has nine years of experience primarily in the areas of family law, civil litigation, criminal defense, and probate and estate planning matters. Licensed to practice in New Jersey, he is a member of both the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Hunterdon County Bar Association.
