Khloe Kares, Non-Profit Led by 9-Year-Old, to Pass 1,000 Kare Bag Milestone

1,000th Kare Bag Day at Skid Row, September 16, 2017

1,000th Kare Bag Day will take place at Skid Row on Sept. 16, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. with Khloe Thompson as keynote.

Khloe Thompson and friends will be crossing the 1,000th Kare Bag milestone totaling over 2,000 months worth of hygienic care to the homeless community.

Nine-year-old Khloe started with a goal to make 20 Kare Bags (quality hand-made bags full of hygiene products) and pass them out to homeless women in her community. On Sept, 16th Khloe Thompson and friends will be crossing the 1,000th Kare Bag milestone totaling over 2,000 months worth of hygienic care to the homeless community.

Participants will be passing out Kare Bags filled with items donated by local businesses as well as handwritten notes written by children at various elementary schools. 

Khloe and her organization will be providing donations to other charities benefiting the homeless community including Worthy of Love.
