Lady M New York Launches Luxurious Champagne Mille Crepes

NEW YORK, December 11, 2019 (Newswire.com) - You’ve heard about cake and champagne, a timeless combination. But how about champagne in cake?

In Lady M’s new cake creation, French champagne is generously infused into Lady M’s iconic Mille Crepes cake. The result? A glorious, sparkling treat that makes for the ultimate holiday dessert.

The Champagne Mille Crepes cake is made of layers upon layers of handmade crepes with delicate strawberry-accented pastry cream. To finish, a brilliant topping of pure champagne gelée. The housemade gelée is cool and refreshing, glimmering with champagne and the most wonderful texture. The four key elements: champagne and crepes, strawberry and cream, unite beautifully to form a visually stunning and spectacular cake unlike any other.

Champagne Mille Crepes officially launches to the public for pre-orders starting Dec. 12, 2019. The cake has already been featured in select publications including The New York Times, Eater New York, and Bake Magazine. 

Champagne Mille Crepes is available for a very limited time from Dec. 12, 2019 – Jan. 12, 2020. The cake is priced at $150 for a full 9-inch cake and $15 per slice. As the cake contains alcohol, it will be sold only to those 21 and older (ID required upon pick-up).
