Leslie Nielsen's Final Film Released

The frat boy comedy, Stonerville is now available at Amazon.com, Blockbuster.com, iTunes, and Netflix.com

NEW YORK, NY ----- Screen Media Films has released the motion picture STONERVILLE starring Pauly Shore, Patrick Cavanaugh, Brian Guest, Cameron Goodman, Alex Mauriello and comedy legend, Leslie Nielsen in his final on-screen appearance.

Nielsen passed away on November 28, 2010. He played a producer who begrudgingly gives the lead character a chance to star in his latest movie.

The film follows the exploits of Troy "Slam" Slamsky, the recently proclaimed king of online viral videos. Slam's pushy girlfriend wants him to leave his pie-in-the-sky dreams and use his talent in the real world of advertising. Their constant bickering leads to a break up and the eventual arrival of a new lady in Slam's life. Along with his best friend and cameraman Harley, Slam walks the tightrope between slightly altered reality and the wellspring of movie ideas swirling around in his head.

The film was directed by Bill Corcoran and written by Kevin Sepe and Tom Alexander.

Stonerville is rated R for pervasive crude and sexual content, drug use and language.
