LighthouseAI Raises $8 Million Series A

LOS ANGELES, April 24, 2026 (Newswire.com) - LighthouseAI, the central intelligence and management platform for pharmaceutical state licensing and compliance, today announced the close of an $8 million Series A financing round. The round was led by Boxcars Ventures, with participation from TGVP and existing investors.

The company has doubled its customer base since January 2025 and now serves 250 customers across the pharmaceutical supply chain, including manufacturers, wholesale distributors, third-party logistics providers, 503B outsourcing facilities, pharmacies, and repackagers. More than 15 software customers are pharmaceutical enterprises with over $1 billion in annual revenue. In 2025, LighthouseAI processed change-of-ownership transactions for companies representing more than $12 billion in combined revenue.

The company initially achieved profitability in Q4 2025. Series A proceeds will be directed primarily toward delivery improvements, product development, and service expansion in support of the expected growth trajectory.

Rapid Assessments

As part of its product roadmap, LighthouseAI launched Rapid Assessments. The product analyzes more than 100 attributes of a given facility, utilizing deterministic technology, and produces a guaranteed set of regulatory requirements across 55 U.S. jurisdictions instantly.

Historically, this process required weeks of manual statutory research performed by a team of lawyers or consultants.

Team

LighthouseAI employs 85 people, roughly double its headcount from two years ago. The company recently appointed Bill Versosky as Chief Commercial Officer to fuel the next phase of growth.
