With 14 years dedicated to insurance, Mr. Marozas​​​​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry. When asked what inspired him to go into insurance, Mr. Marozas​ said:

"I started at the Hartford. I was a young kid coming out of retail and I wanted a change so I actually started at their call center, taking up to eighty phone calls a day for the AARP program."

Over the course of the next five years at the Hartford, Mr. Marozas would move into other areas of the business. He honed his skills as an underwriter, handling cases in all fifty states. As his expertise expanded, Mr. Marozas began coaching younger agents at the company.

Mr. Marozas’ success at the Hartford eventually caught the eye of Nationwide Insurance where he was recruited to continue his coaching and management. He eventually transfered into sales and became the company's top producer in all of New England in 2012. Mr. Marozas began working with William Raveis in 2013 where he is now an Insurance Sales Director and Company Field Trainer.

As a thought-leader in his industry, Mr. Marozas pays close attention to prevailing trends in the insurance industry. In particular, he is keeping an eye on changes in flood insurance programs, which are reflected in both FEMA’s National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), as well as in private markets. He noted:
