With over 50 years dedicated to law, Mr. Kaplan​​​​​​​​​​​​​ brings a wealth of knowledge to his industry, and in particular to his area of specialization, trust and estate law. When asked why he decided to pursue this specialization in law, Mr. Kaplan​​​​​​​​​​​​​ said:

Mr. Kaplan is currently a partner with the law firm Nusinov Smith, LLP in Baltimore, Maryland. He previously practiced with the SM Hyman Company where he collaborated with other law firms, and also served as an attorney at the National Headquarters of the Office of Internal Revenue Service.
