LoyaltyClicks Expands Team - Tonia Zampieri to lead nonprofit online fundraising solutions

Research Triangle Park, N.C. (June 11, 2010) - Smart Online, Inc. (SOLN.OB www.smartonline.com) is rapidly expanding its LoyaltyClicks™ online fundraising solutions for nonprofits with the addition of Tonia M. Zampieri, who will lead the effort.

As charities around the world turn to the Internet, mobile applications and social media to expand their fundraising and engagement efforts, LoyaltyClicks is responding with a new line of products to facilitate their efforts. Shop To Give, the first product offered through LoyaltyClicks, enables donors to purchase goods and services though a charity's customized online marketplace. In return, the charities receive a percentage of sales. Shop To Give strenghtens donor relationships and helps raise funds 24/7 without incremental cost.

"As interest in LoyaltyClicks continues to surge, we are excited to welcome Tonia and the nonprofit experience she brings," said Dror Zoreff, CEO of Smart Online. "Her hands-on experience in everything from cultivating major donor relationships to integrating new technology for a wide range of charities will make her an immediate asset and greatly impact the LoyaltyClicks brand."

"Tonia brings insights from successful fundraising and donor relations experiences with nonprofits including The ALS Association, Alliance Medical Ministry, and The United Way. She also founded iHeart Charity, LLC, and launched a micro-fundraising smart phone app, Tap-n-Give."

"The LoyaltyClicks suite of technology products will empower charities across the board to raise additional revenue and increase donor engagement-- I am thrilled to be joining the team," said Zampieri. "Most of today's charities have limited budgets and shrinking staffs; by working together I'm confident we will help them exceed their fundraising goals."
