Project Karma, Incorporated, will host an evening of tapas, dancing, mission celebration and awareness building.
Project Karma will host a premiere, semi-formal masked signature evening at RARE Restaurant, 554 Piedmont Avenue, Atlanta, GA., on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 from 7-11 pm. This event is adult only, and will feature exciting live music and a DJ for the entertainment of friends and supporters of KARMA. Tickets are $40/individual,and $300 for a table of 10. Ticket price includes passed soul tapas offerings created by the talented kitchen of RARE restaurant, and a cash bar for signature "karmatinis" and entertainment. Voted one of the best new restaurants in Atlanta in 2007, and newly renovated, RARE is the perfect setting for this masked party, and social event of the season. Sales of tickets will benefit the mission and programming of Project KARMA, Inc., and are tax deductible. ABOUT PROJECT KARMA
Founded in 2006, Project Karma's mission is to empower, celebrate, promote, and validate young people experiencing loss and offer an alternative to gang involvement. Members and volunteers reach children and youth through support groups and counseling throughout the Atlanta area. Sessions assist with the child/teen grief experience as a way of promoting positive coping with losses through art, advocacy, peer support, and innovative support techniques.
