MicroAutomation Continues to Expand Its Emergency Operations Solutions Practice

Former Verizon Business and Frontier Communication's Public Safety Engineer Joins MicroAutomation as NG9-1-1 Solutions Architect.

MicroAutomation, a leading provider of emergency operations and NextGen 9-1-1 solutions, announced Bill Corey has joined their NG9-1-1 team.

Bill comes to MicroAutomation with over 30 years of proven experience in engineering complex telecommunications solutions, including legacy E9-1-1 networks and the emerging NextGen 9-1-1 networks for both premises and hosted 9-1-1 call-taking solutions. As a Senior Sales Engineer at Frontier Communications, Bill worked closely with PSAP Directors nationwide to architect, deploy and support mission critical call-taking solutions from several leading manufacturers. He is well respected as an industry thought leader and a passionate supporter for bringing effective technology solutions to the industry.
