Making Life Better for New Parent Employees

Following the trend set by US companies paving the way in bringing paternity leave into the mainstream, Myriad is taking steps to make life even better for new parent employees. Parental leave benefits, available to all full-time employees who have worked at the company for at least 12 consecutive months, now include six consecutive weeks provided to the primary caregiver and four consecutive weeks to the secondary caregiver. This benefit will be equal to 100% of the employee’s regular salary.
