New Dedicated Customer Support Site Launched By SwipeAuctions
Online, September 13, 2010 (Newswire.com) - As part of their ongoing quest to offer the best customer service in the industry, SwipeAuctions has launched a new site dedicated to customer support.
The site, located at SwipeAuctions-CustomerService.com , will help customers with frequently asked questions, provide them with information about the company's customer service standards and make it easy for people with questions or concerns to contact customer support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The new site was the idea of their new Director of Customer Service, Jennifer, who has years of experience in the customer management industry.
"I know that we have a great customer service team here," Jennifer said. "But to really give our customers the support they deserve we need to give them as many access points as possible. This is one more way for them to get answers to their questions and concerns."
People will still be able to use all the customer service options from the main SwipeAuctions site. The new site is designed to consolidate all of the company's customer service information into one easy to access website.
"Most of this information exists on the SwipeAuctions site," Jennifer said. "But, it can be confusing for some people to find the information, because of wealth of data on the main site. This simplifies the process."
Jennifer said the main benefit of the site will be the extensive FAQ section, because most customer related problems are the results of confusion.
"In most cases, just making the information available in a centralized place solves the problem before people even need to contact customer service," Jennifer said. "Of course, we will still have our customer support team ready, willing and able to address any concern."
SwipeAuctions is a penny auction site; people buy packages of bids they can spend on auctions of popular consumer products. Every time they make a bid, the price of the auction goes up by one cent and time is added to the clock. Whoever places the final bid at the end of auction gets to buy the product at that price.
"For months now we've been offering the best customer service in the penny auction industry," Jennifer said. "Now we are taking it to the next level. This is part of a long ongoing effort to continuously improve our customer service."
