Noble Renovation Specialists Makes Key Leadership Announcements, Expands Offerings

Noble Renovation Specialists, a Marietta-based company specializing in insurance and mortgage-related renovation services, today made key leadership announcements, including the promotion of three executives and the formation of an advisory board. In addition, the company announced it is expanding its multi-faceted services to include emergency restoration.

Noble has experienced significant growth in the last year, providing home renovation following a fire, flood or other disaster; and supporting renovation mortgage programs, including 203K, throughout the Southeastern U.S. Noble Renovation Specialists is part of the Cooper Capital Group (CCG), which also includes Property Masters, a 15-year old property-improvement company recently named to Inc. Effective Jan. 1, 2012, Kyle Cooper assumes the role of Chairman of Noble Renovation Specialists. He also serves as Chairman of CCG, Noble's parent. Cooper, who founded Property Masters, will lead strategic and growth activities, with a particular focus on client satisfaction and the fostering of strong business relationships.

Tony White takes on the role of CEO of Noble Renovation Specialists, applying his experience and expertise to assure delivery of quality, service-oriented renovation-plus the advocacy homeowners need throughout the process. Most recently serving as Noble's President and Chief Operating Officer, White has two decades of experience with home-services related companies, including 13 years with The Home Depot.

Andrew Hunt was named General Manager of Noble Renovation Specialists. Previously serving as Senior Project Manager, Hunt has extensive experience and credentials in both new home construction and renovation. He has a Georgia real-estate license, and a residential general contractor's license.

Malissa Ladd was named consultant-of-record to lead marketing for Noble Renovation Specialists. A nine-year veteran of The Home Depot and currently principal of Madison Marketing, a consulting firm with expertise guiding accelerated growth companies in the home services industry, Ladd will lead all strategic marketing efforts for Noble.

Emily McGhee, Clean Trust (IICRC) certified in water damage restoration, was named Account Executive of emergency service restoration, a new offering by Noble Renovation Specialists. McGhee, an experienced, and credentialed industry professional, will lead Noble's foray into this arena, meeting needs of customers needing emergency services immediately following a fire, water damage or other disaster.

• Robert Sheft, Managing Director, Roark Capital Group, an Atlanta-based private equity firm with more than $1.5 billion in equity capital under management; founder and CEO of Simply Floored, LLC and other entrepreneurial ventures.
