    *A. ​Ordinance authorizing a change order to a contract for architectural and
    ​engineering services for the North Shore division’s roof retrofit project. 

    *B. Ordinance authorizing the award of a sole source contract for hardware and
    software maintenance for the Fleetwatch Fueling System.

    *C. ​Ordinance authorizing amending the 2020 Capital Budget (Amendment #2). 
    This amendment increases the 2020 Suburban Service Capital Program from
    $106,278,121 to $178,513,501 and the 2020 Regional ADA Paratransit Capital
    Program from $4.0 million to $4.2 million, due to the reallocation of Rebuild
    ​Illinois state bond funds.
