Open House For Kids

Online, June 16, 2010 (Newswire.com) - A group of local business owners who are suitemates at 43500 Ridge Park Dr. in Temecula, CA have joined together to raise awareness, promote their businesses, and benefit the Boys and Girls Clubs of Southwest Riverside County and the Wishes for Children Foundation. On Wednesday, June 29th from 5:30pm until 7:30pm the entire building will become an "Open House For The Kids" offering patrons a chance to learn more about the charities, network, win prizes, and enjoy complimentary food and entertainment.

"Many non-profits have been adversely affected by this changing economy. Not only is their support dwindling, but their requests for assistance are increasing. When 200 of our clients and colleagues can pitch in $5 each, that $1,000 can pay for new sports equipment or other items that can enrich the lives of our children for years to come," says Temecula Valley Citizen of the Year Kim Kelliher of the Grapeline Wine Country Shuttle.

"Hosting this Open House For The Kids is an honor for our firm. It's another way my partner and I can give back- in addition to [Greg Prudhomme's] service on the board of directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs," states Joseph J. Kuebler, founding partner at Temecula CPA firm, Kuebler Prudhomme.

Visitors will be able to walk onto the Grapeline Wine Country Shuttle for a video tour featuring vistas and destinations in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Stations offering samples of signature dishes courtesy of the Edge Lounge and Anthony's Ristorante and desserts from Manahattan Deli will be set up throughout the building. DJ entertainment will be provided by Potter Productions.

Suitemate Medical Practice Management Resource has recently contributed $500 to the cause. Silent auction items and gifts including sports memorabilia from NFL teams, a boat tour with dinner for eight are being gathered to raise funds.

"This event is free to attend. It's an opportunity for all of us to give back in a small way. Few can afford to play in a golf tournament or attend a gala event right now.
