Mr. Paul joined OMG in 2016 after his retirement from the United States Airforce. Michael proudly served the USAF for more than 20 years, with his last duty station being MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida. Upon joining OMG Michael fully integrated himself throughout the company by serving in almost all departments. He has consistently taken on organizational challenges, risen to the occasion, and implemented effective solutions.
Over the last 6 years, Michael has demonstrated the ability to successfully lead and manage his team to meet or exceed the expectations of the OMG Board. Michael's proven track record has made him the ideal selection as our Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition to his dedication and love for his wife Tiffany and twins Dylan & Reagan, Michael enjoys playing the guitar, entertaining and photography.
