PHP Agency Inc. Continues to Grow Executive Team

ADDISON, Texas, June 18, 2020 (Newswire.com) - PHP Agency Inc. recently welcomed David Hays to the company as the newest member of the executive team. Occupying the role of Chief Information Officer, Hays will be assisting with the ongoing system upgrades currently underway at PHP Agency. 

Hays’ introduction to the insurance industry began in risk management, but he soon shifted to IT-focused product reporting. After joining AIG in 1997, Hays worked on imaging and workflow technologies, financial reporting, and customer communications. More recently, Hays led development teams primarily focused on delivering solutions that improved operational efficiency and quality, a focus he intends to incorporate into PHP Agency’s process flow. 

“I’ve really been focused on understanding the team’s vision so that we can develop a tech-forward business strategy that works to enhance our processes,” said Hays. “We’ve already evaluated software features that will improve home office efficiency and quality – it’s a work in progress, but once we get our plan approved, we'll move quickly to execute it.”

As a former leader at AIG, David brings a product-based perspective to PHP that will be instrumental during the integration of its proprietary, cloud-based software. The new software aims to streamline the entire insurance application process, an improvement that will bring recognizable benefits to both the consumer and insurance professional. “We are excited to have David and his years of insurance systems experience.
