Power Point Capital, LLC Names Daishiro Royo New CFO

Online, November 6, 2009 (Newswire.com) - TOKYO--Power Point Capital, LLC (http://www.powerpointcapital.com) announced today that Daishiro Royo has joined the company as chief financial officer. Royo brings more than 20 years of experience in senior financial management. He has previously served as chief financial officer of several high-growth, mid-sized companies.

Royo has worked with private equity-backed companies, like Power Point Capital, and helped manage them through key developmental stages. His work has included a focus on building first-class systems and staff, as well as leading operational improvements to drive profitability. He has successfully executed M&A transactions and financing, as well as prepared companies for public ownership and private sales.

He served as CFO of SmartTrade Financial, a transfer agent; Hiroe Financial, a financial services firm; Teshima & Katayama, a lawfirm; Powermate, a division of The Coleman Co.; Miro Financial Services, a financial services firm; and Sansui, an electronics firm. Royo earned a bachelor's degree at University of California, Berkeley and a master's in business administration at University of Michigan.
