PREMIER Biosoft International Releases Version 2.90 of SimGlycan with High Throughput Data Analysis.

Online, April 8, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Palo Alto, California - PREMIER Biosoft International today announced the worldwide release of version 2.90 of its glycan and glycopeptide elucidation tool, SimGlycan. The program can now analyze upto 500 profiles at a time. Furthermore, users can create a search parameters template to apply to all the peaklist datasets and generate a comprehensive report of their findings.

With version 2.90, SimGlycan has taken a step forward in identifying complex glycosaminoglycan structures even when modified with substituents such as sulfate, phosphate and ethanolamine.
