Online, March 21, 2013 (Newswire.com) - PRO 920 Plus TC Tire Changer was recently launched by Clark Heintz Tools & Equipment LLC. Fully equipped with high powered Bead Blaster, this tire changing machine also includes set of 4 plastic turntable clamp protectors; Plastic protector for bead breaker; set of 3 - 2 piece replacement inserts for duckheads; and 4 Tire Bead assist tools. It features 5,500 lbs of bead breaking force.

Foot pedal assemblies on this unit are manufactured with steel, reducing chance of pedal damage. The reversing switch is mounted on the foot pedal assembly and controls the forward and reverse rotation of the electric turntable. Built with silver contacts, it is rated at 40 amps. This is more than double the necessary amperage.

PRO 920 Plus TC Tire Changer turntables are constructed with rugged extra-thick material to prevent table distorting. Turntable clamps are polished, durable steel, capable of clamping the wheel properly and correctly. The brackets the turntable clamps mount on slide easily and precisely due to their large and durable design.

Bead blaster valving is manufactured with steel, not plastic. The air system lines are routed and wire is tied neatly.

PRO series electric motors are copper wound; they are fully capable of handling larger wheels. Transmissions are built with heat-treated steel and aluminum cases, with high-quality material for the worm gear, main gear, and shaft to transfer ample power to the turntable. With the PRO series tire machine there is no loud vibration as one might hear in inferior tire machines when removing a tire.
