Nomination and judging process

Stage 1 - Nominations

Nominee applications are invited from all HR and related industry professionals.

The process entails invitation of entries in different categories from various organizations. Each category should be submitted in about words excluding attachments. Each organization is given the freedom to present the entry using their own creativity, knowledge & empirical data. The supporting attachments with each entry may be of a different nature.

There is no Nomination / Participation Fees for Submission of Nomination as this is an event supported by the corporates.

Indian HR Network will bear all the expenses related to Transportation from Mumbai/Pune Airport to Amby Valley and also the stay facility in Amby Valley.

Stage 2 - "Official Finalists" announced

After all applications have been received, the Indian HR Network Excellence Awards 2011 team will consider each one and collate and present a report to the esteemed judging panel for their consideration and approval. The panel of esteemed representative judges will review all the submissions. Judges will use their experience to evaluate and select the winners in each category in an impartial, balanced and fair manner.

Once this process is completed, the list of "Official Finalists" will be announced online on the Website of Indian HR Network.

Stage 3 - Indian HR Network Excellence Awards gala evening and awards presentation

The Official Finalists of Indian HR Network Excellence Awards - 2011 will gather for the announcement of all the winners at what has become 'the' HR night of the year. This year's event promises to be the biggest and best yet with a prestigious gala dinner and awards ceremony, at Amby Valley, Pune.
