RRD Unlimited LLC Announces a New Information Exchange for the Fitness Industry
Online, June 16, 2012 (Newswire.com) - RRD's flagship internet property, Six Pack Abs V, is spearheading an effort to create an open community on Facebook for free exchange of information about core strength and training beneficial to Trainers, Fitness Centers, and anyone interested in health and fitness. Six Pack Abs V has created the Sixpackabsv Facebook page for open submission. The Facebook page will allow fitness experts to connect with each other and with the public at large from one central location to facilitate the gathering of cutting edge and tried and true exercise techniques, equipment, and trends. Fitness enthusiasts will be able to access this same information, making this site one of the few free options that allows this type of unrestricted access.
As a brief introduction to the site and its capabilities, Six Pack Abs V is sponsoring a give-away of its latest "Workout in a Book" title: "Resistance Bands". This guide will be provided to the first 50 people that "like" the Facebook Page, and will make them eligible for other targeted giveaways from the site. This book is a beginner's guide to working out with resistance bands and provides trainers and fitness centers with a guide to show to clients for ideas to start their training. It is also a good guide for individuals who do not belong to a gym and are looking for exercise options.
The grand opening of the page runs from June 11, 2012 until June 18, 2012.
Six Pack Abs V burst on to the scene in November of 2011 and has published numerous articles on fitness training, particularly core strength training, diet, and whole body exercise. The company has only recently teamed up with some of the premiere fitness companies to offer products based on its core mission of six pack abs.
