Rustic Cuff Names New CEO

TULSA, Okla., June 27, 2022 (Newswire.com) - Jill Donovan, founder and president of Tulsa-based Rustic Cuff, announced today that the jewelry company has hired Alan Kilian as CEO.

Donovan is confident in his expertise as she continues to grow and expand the business.

Born and raised in Oklahoma, Kilian is a graduate of Oklahoma State University. He has extensive experience in starting and building multiple companies in a unique variety of industries over the past 20 years, including four successful exits.

Kilian's background includes leadership positions at ORS Nasco, the largest industrial wholesaler in the U.S., which was sold in 2007; he founded Diamond K Energy, a land and mineral acquisition company; Kilian was a partner in North Rock Energy, a mineral leasing and acquisition company; Patriot Energy Partners, an oilfield services transportation company that Kilian co-founded and sold; and an e-commerce fishing tackle company with worldwide distribution that Kilian also founded and then sold in 2019 after three years of growth. 

He most recently started a Farmers insurance agency that was one of the fastest-growing in the central U.S. before exiting it in 2022.
