Samsung's New Android Phone I5800 Galaxy 3 - Featuring Latest Social Networking Technology
Online, July 20, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Gainsborough, United Kingdom (July, 2010) - Samsung has announced recently that it will be releasing a few more Android models in the following months, which include the Galaxy 5 I5500 and the Galaxy 3 I5800. The specifications for the Galaxy 5 are quite good, Samsung reporting that it has a 2.8 inch QVGA display (which nonetheless renders it one of the smallest android devices on the market), a 2 MP fixed focus camera that features a LED flash, dual band 3G (900/2100), Wi-Fi b/g and Bluetooth 2.1 plus EDR.
The Samsung I5800 Galaxy features DivX and Xvid playback, the TouchWiz 3.0 user interface, a proximity sensor and an accelerometer and lastly, a GPS. The operating system for this phone is the Android 2.1 and it also features a 170 MB storage space.
The launch date for the Samsung I5800 Galaxy has already been set, the mobile phone manufacturer stating it is going to be somewhere in July 2010 and among the first countries to benefit from it being the UK. There hasn't been any information regarding the pricing for the new phone, but there isn't any expensive price tag expected for it.
