Seatco Marks 40 Year Business Anniversary in Northern Virginia

Springfield, VA, July 18, 2016 (Newswire.com) - Seatco is proud to mark forty years in the auto trim and auto upholstery business under the ownership of Neal Ailstock, the owner and general manager of the Northern Virginia auto upholstery shop. The firm’s 40-year anniversary is a milestone not often attained by small businesses, and with the fast pace of change in today’s business world, one that is getting harder and harder to achieve.

Seatco’s original location was in Arlington, Virginia, their second location was in Bailey’s Crossroads, Virginia, their third shop location was another address in Bailey’s Crossroads, and a few years ago, they relocated to their current location at 6701 Electronic Drive in Springfield, Virginia. Their loyal customers simply followed them to each new address.

When asked if he intended to retire soon, Mr. Ailstock smiled, and then replied, “I love what I do, which is making something used and beat-up look brand-new again, and I will come to the shop every day until I can’t be useful anymore, so I think the answer is, ask me again in a few more years.”
