About Arno Carstens

Arno Carstens first rocketed to fame as the lead singer of The Springbok Nude Girls, an award-winning alternative rock band, voted the best SA rock band ever.

Following the band's split in 2001, Carsten's pursued a solo career which has earned him five SAMA awards and has seen him elevated to the ranks of stardom, not only in South Africa but in Europe too.

With seven studio albums and 18 top ten singles to his name, Carstens has moved into a league of his own and has supported the likes of Simple Minds, Meat Loaf, Ultravox, The Police and The Rolling Stones.

His third album, 'Wonderful Wild', has recently been released to great critical acclaim and is a collaboration of international song writing talents recorded and mixed in London and Spain. The venue

The Paul Cluver Forest Amphitheatre is a unique outdoor venue situated in the heart of an old Eucalyptus plantation, only 70 km east of Cape Town.
