Shehan started his professional singing career in 2007 with the launch of his debut single 'Say Goodbye' which was released as a music video on all the local TV channels and gained a lot of success in Sri Lanka.

'Girls to my Right' is an upbeat Pop/R&B song that was produced by the renowned 'Andy Whitmore' who has conquered the UK charts with 14 top ten hits including ... "Flava" by Peter Andre and "I've Got A Little Something For You" by MN8, Andy has also produced & co-wrote 2 tracks on Lemar's triple platinum album "Time to Grow" & produced Atomic Kitten's top 5 UK hit, "Ladies Night".

Shehan is an artist who's personality reflects his musical output. The concept of "Girls to my Right" is about a girl not having faith in her guy initially and decides to leave him for another, but wants him back when she's proven wrong!
