Silverware Inc. Adds Client Services Manager

Phoenix, AZ, December 15, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Phoenix-based software solution provider, Silverware Inc., recently hired Reinhold Schmitz as the firm’s Client Services Manager. Schmitz will be managing projects and further developing Silverware’s integrated methodology for seamless sales, implementation and support of client systems.

Schmitz is a 20-year veteran in the industry with extensive experience managing Dynamics NAV ERP system implementations. Prior to joining Silverware, Schmitz was the project manager for Feeding America. There he was responsible for the implementation of infrastructure and Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the organization’s member network throughout the U.S.  Before joining Feeding America in 2009, Schmitz was a project manager with Tectura, a global Microsoft Dynamics consultancy, where he worked primarily with small and mid-sized manufacturing companies. Originally from Germany, Schmitz earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering Degree at BBS Bocholt Germany and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Information Technology from BOG Osnabrueck. He also has certification in Management Information Systems from DEKRA Frankfurt, Germany.
