It is important to keep children active in order for them to stay fit and healthy. A recent study made by the BBC showed that about 16% of boys and girls aged 12-15 were either overweight or obese. In order to lower this statistic parents need to continue playing with their children but also take them with friends to indoor play centres, where they can be active with others their age.
