Software Logic, Inc. Launches Windows 7 Production Pilot Jumpstart
Online, September 7, 2010 (Newswire.com) - Software Logic, Inc. (SLI) officially launched its Windows 7 Production Pilot Jumpstart service. Designed to help customers implement a production pilot of several hundred Windows 7 desktops, this service includes planning and solution definition workshops as well as specific modules targeting image engineering, application compatibility, and application virtualization. Under the program, qualified deployments are eligible to receive up to $50K in funding from Microsoft.
"Our Windows 7 Production Pilot Jumpstart helps customers implement a structured and scalable pilot to evaluate the new capabilities of Windows 7 with advanced deployment technologies in a production environment. This is a critical step to assess infrastructure and organization readiness before a broad-scale adoption." states Mike Machulsky, President of Software Logic. "By working with Software Logic, customers will be able to jumpstart their Windows 7 migration in less time, with less effort, and at a lower overall cost than attempting to execute these projects on their own. Our expert resources provide critical knowledge transfer to the customer's IT staff and a structured pilot methodology to ensure success."
To drive maximum return on investment (ROI), the Windows 7 Production Pilot Jumpstart offering is implemented in conjunction with the customer's resources, personnel, intellectual investments, and the existing infrastructure, where possible. Software Logic provides decision-making expertise based on economic considerations such as total cost of ownership (TCO), maturity models, and an up-to-date Microsoft project roadmap, which takes into consideration the customer's other projects.
