Stay Alfred to Join Bisnow's Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) Denver

Mike Wilson, Stay Alfred's SVP of Real Estate, Talks Cultivating Community Among Guests and Residents

Stay Alfred, the hospitality startup that pioneered the travel apartment concept in alternative accommodations, is participating in Bisnow’s Multifamily Annual Conference (BMAC) in Denver on Dec. 5, 2019. Mike Wilson, Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Stay Alfred, will provide insights on creating community through thoughtful development, design and management, including thoughtful integration of STRs.

Stay Alfred partners with developers, property management companies and real estate investment trusts to improve the net operating income (NOI) of multifamily assets by master-leasing blocks of apartments and managing them as an upscale hospitality brand.

“While some developers and building owners are initially wary of a possible culture clash between building residents and guests, Stay Alfred actively manages resident relations to achieve a harmonious blend," said Mike Wilson. “From our Good Neighbor Agreement to our efforts to minimize guest traffic in lobbies to sharing travel perks with full-time residents, Stay Alfred is setting the gold standard on community collaboration between guests and residents.”

Since 2011, Stay Alfred has expanded into 33 cities in prime walkable downtown neighborhoods, offering travelers “your place in the city.” The company has hosted more than 800,000 guests and leases partial to entire buildings across the nation and operates them as upscale travel apartments.

“More developers are seeing our flexible STR model as an amenity for their residents,” said Jordan Allen, CEO of Stay Alfred. “On-site amenities like a fitness center and rooftop pool are now standard, but partnering with Stay Alfred affords residents a new benefit of travel perks way beyond their building through discounts on stays in our network of properties.”
