SymphonyRM Hires VP of Engineering to Drive Further Growth of its AI-Powered Next Best Actions

​SymphonyRM, Healthcare’s Next Best Action (NBA) company, announced today it has hired Jacob Brauer as Vice President of Engineering, helping to further accelerate the company’s disruption in the consumer relationship management (CRM) field with artificial intelligence.

Prior to SymphonyRM, Jacob was the Director of Engineering at NextGen® Healthcare​, helping to scale the engineering teams of their Connected Health Solutions. He played an instrumental role in developing and launching several innovative products, including Mirth® Connect, an open source data integration engine with over 10,000 active servers running in over 80 different countries and Health Data Hub, one of the industry’s first cloud-based data aggregation platforms to improve clinical decision making at the point of care.
