The Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour in Cincinnati, organized by the Gaynor/Pippin team at Sibcy Cline REALTORS, takes off June 10 at 195 Green Hills Road in Hyde Park

Proceeds from the Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour, generated by $10 tickets, will be used to benefit the agency founded in 1939 that serves 12,000 kids at nine facilities.

From June 10-12, the Susie Gaynor/Maureen Pippin team at Sibcy Cline REALTORS Inc. will be launching The Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour, an exquisite, three-day event at a multi-million-dollar home in Hyde Park.
The open-to-the-public event, highlighting the seven-bedroom home at 195 Green Hills Road for sale at $2.9 million, is doubling as a fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. Proceeds from the Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour, in the form of a $10 ticket, will be used to benefit the agency founded in 1939 that serves 12,000 kids at nine facilities.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for many of our best luxury designers to show their wares, while marketing this beautiful, historic residence - and all the money will go to charity," said Susie Gaynor, half of the Gaynor/Pippin team.

The Boys and Girls Club 2010 Designer House Tour will feature talent from such noted Greater Cincinnati designers as:

- Closson's (John Harrison, Christie Crawford and Kent Shaw);
- Federation Antiques and Interior Design (Chuck Bolton);
- Drackett Design and Antiques (Cecile Drackett);
- Gattle's (Beth Wheeler);
