The Wine Poste To Host Special Chef's Dinner Featuring Driftwood's Omar Flores

Online, May 14, 2013 (Newswire.com) - What: The Wine Poste is excited to announce a new partnership with Scardello, Dallas' favorite artisan cheese shop. Once per month, the Design District's most dynamic wine store and event space will team up with the cheese mongers for an instructional tasting. Each class will feature wines from one renowned wine growing region - like Tuscany or Burgundy - as well as paired cheeses that perfectly complement each wine.

Held on the last Wednesday of every month, each class will include a sommelier and a cheese monger to guide this journey as attendees sample four regional wines and eight to 10 delicious cheeses. To keep classes intimate and informative for all, the Wine Poste will be limiting seating to 24 guests.

The current schedule is as follows:

May 29, 7pm - 8:30pm - Tuscany

June 26, 7pm - 8:30pm - California

July 31, 7pm - 8:30pm - Burgundy

Who: Based in the Dallas Design District, the Wine Poste is a new twist on retail and online wine sales. The store is housed in a 4,500 square foot warehouse and was designed with comfort in mind. In addition to providing a well-curated selection of wine for sale, the Wine Poste features three distinct event spaces available for wine tastings, dinner parties, corporate events and more.

Scardello is an artisan cheese shop focused on handcrafted cheeses and tasty accompaniments. We have about 150 artisan cheeses featuring American and European farmstead cheese, along with a number of Texas cheeses.
