Training Program And Website Launched For People Who Say "I Hate Running"

GREEN BAY, WISCONSIN -- Marathon runner, Tom Youngell announces the new training program and website, IUsedToHateRunning.com. Designed to help those who have said, "I hate running", but realize there are significant health benefits that come with

The program offers insight into the root cause of why most people don't like running and offers a no pain process to change that. Information provided by the website provides an easy to implement plan that can convert the most ardent non-runners into competitive runners in as little as one hour per week. A recent member of the 'I Used To Hate Running team' stated, "three years ago, I did not run... couldn't even run a half mile. I followed the IUsedToHateRunning plan and just completed a half marathon. A marathon is not out of the question."

The primary website contributor and trainer is Tom Youngell, who admittedly has never hated running, but remembers a time in the not so distance past where running two to three miles was a big accomplishment. He has since completed the Iron Man triathlon and was a 5:00 pace setter for a recent Green Bay Cellcom Marathon.
