Transactly Adds Industry Veteran to Lead Sales and Business Development

Transactly, a St. Louis, Missouri-based real estate technology company, has announced a key new hire. Kevin McGuire was recently brought on as its VP of Sales and Business Development. McGuire brings an impressive background and significant industry experience to Transactly. His contributions will help Transactly achieve, and exceed, the goals it has set forth for this year, and many to come.

“Transactly’s transaction coordinator service is experiencing significant growth and this gives us a tremendous opportunity to benefit from the deep industry experience and knowledge that Kevin brings to the team,” said Bryan Bowles, founder and CEO of Transactly.

Prior to joining Transactly, McGuire served as Executive Vice President and VP of Sales of VHT Studios, successfully leading the company from its early start-up years to the market leader it is today.

“As we continue to scale, Kevin’s sales leadership and his strong background in building top-performing sales teams will exponentially accelerate Transactly’s growth. We are thrilled to have him on board,” added Bowles.

McGuire’s hire comes at a perfect time for the company as well. Recently, Transactly was selected to be a participant in the real estate industry's coveted REACH program, a growth accelerator supported by the National Association of Realtors' strategic investment arm Second Century Ventures. This prestigious and competitive program will give Transactly access to the tools and resources it needs to propel the company into a successful future. New membership into the program, along with McGuire’s hire, sets Transactly up in a position to continue to excel in its field from every angle and, eventually, become a household name in the real estate industry.

Transactly first launched its platform in 2018 and since then, the technology and services it offers have taken off. Dramatic growth has already been witnessed in the company, and that momentum is only expected to continue.

Currently, Transactly offers agents free usage of its technology, with the ability to find and hire an experienced transaction coordinator on its platform to assist with tasks from contract to close.
