Turkish Coffee World Featured On The Cover Of Australia's BeanScene Magazine
Online, November 28, 2010 (Newswire.com) - The Southern California-based Turkish Coffee World was featured in the October 2010 issue of BeanScene, a globally syndicated magazine for coffee enthusiasts. The company's founder and president, Mustafa Arat, discussed a growing interest in Turkish coffee.
"Mustafa Arat is behind TurkishcoffeeWorld.com," The Australian Publication wrote. "He offers a specialty selection of unique products for making and serving Turkish coffee."
Turkish coffee is the oldest method of preparing coffee. The beverage is unique in that it is easily recognized among mainstream U.S. consumers, yet only a small segment of the population has ever had it.
"It is very exciting that it is finally beginning to get some more general attention around the world," said Mustafa Arat. "People from Japan to Brazil are discovering the taste and coming to appreciate the tradition."
In addition to describing the traditional method of preparation that uses a copper cezve (pronounced jez-veh) to make the coffee,
Arat described the world's first automatic Turkish coffee machine- a product that he distributes.
"It makes delicious Turkish coffee in a few minutes with lots and lots of foam every time; with just the push of a button!" Arat said.
Additionally, the company president discussed Turkish coffee's distinct characteristics in the five-page article, and explained why he believes the beverage is so special. He also provided several pictorial examples of Turkish coffee fortune telling.
Arat contends that the market is ready to discover the beverage, and that the success of his business reflects a climate that is readily embracing the centuries-old method.
