I am an extremely social being, which helped me tremendously in this role; my wife often teases me that I could make friends in a phone booth. In addition to my people skills, I am very detail-orientated. The print industry is extremely spec driven, so I had to stay on top of every little thing. My experience in the printing industry gave me a transferable skill set that lent itself to real estate very easily.”
